BranderUX is made accessible in line with regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility) Regulations, 5773-2013, and with Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, including success criterion 2.4.10 on section headings. Statement date: 2026-09-11.
IS 5568 adopts the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines. No external body has audited or approved this statement. It describes what has been done, and it lists what is still missing.
What has been made accessible
The interface is built on a component library whose buttons, links, menus, dialogs and form fields ship with keyboard operation and with the roles a screen reader announces.
The control holding keyboard focus is drawn with a visible ring.
The layout is responsive and reflows down to a phone width, so text stays readable when the browser is zoomed.
A light theme and a dark theme are both available from the header, and the palette is defined once as tokens so a contrast fix lands everywhere at once.
Customer-facing surfaces render right to left when the site's language is written that way, and load a font that covers its script.
Background motion is kept slight and slow, so an animated page does not become a reason to leave it.
Form fields carry labels and report their errors in text, not by color alone.
Every page opens with a skip link to its content, carries one main landmark and a labelled navigation, and ends with a footer naming who operates the service and how to reach them.
What does not yet meet the standard
Two things on this site do not yet meet the standard. Both are being fixed, and this statement is updated when each one ships.
In the Builder, a screen reader is not told when the assistant's reply arrives. The reply is on the page and can be read; it is the announcement that is missing.
A few buttons that show only an icon may not yet have a name a screen reader can read out.
Exemptions
We claim no exemption for this site. Pages belonging to other companies that we link out to, a Google sign-in screen or another company's documentation among them, are outside our control and outside this statement.
Accessibility coordinator
We employ fewer than 25 people, so the regulations do not require an accessibility coordinator. The person responsible for accessibility here is Lev Kaplun.
Reporting an accessibility problem
If something on this site cannot be reached or cannot be used, write to contact@branderux.com and say what you were trying to do and what stopped you.
A report is answered within 7 business days. A deviation from the standard is corrected within 60 days of the notice.

Scope of this statement
BranderUX is provided online only. There is no branch and no physical service point, so this statement covers this website and the web application alone. Sites published by our customers each carry their own statement at their own address.
