Ask a chatbot about hiking boots and you get a paragraph. Ask an agentic app and you get a product grid, your boots, your prices, your photos, in your brand, with the conversation continuing right there. Every question a customer asks is answered with a screen generated for that question: a catalog for browsing, a comparison for deciding, a booking card for reserving. The interface is not a fixed website the agent points at; it is what the agent says.

It only says what it knows

The agent answers from your connected data and from nothing else. If your store feed says a pan costs 53, that is the price on the screen. If the data doesn't contain an answer, the agent says so instead of guessing, it will never invent a price, a stock level, or a delivery date. When your data is connected live, the answers stay current without you doing anything.

The same principle covers money: the agent never takes payment or collects card details. When a customer wants to buy or book, it hands them to your existing checkout or booking system, pricing and payment stay in exactly one place: yours.
