Live store data, writes behind your confirm step, connected apps, insights, every language, the published site, the MCP app and the one-line widget: nothing is gated by tier.
A conversation is one visitor's session with your agent, up to 25 answers and until they have been quiet for 30 minutes.
Your home page and fixed screens never count. Smarter answer-quality stops use your allowance faster, at the rate the slider shows, and conversations answered on your own API key do not count.
Build credits pay for building: the Builder, Vibe Studio, the insights analyst and your own playground.
Serving your visitors never draws credits, and a credit pack never expires.
When a month's conversations run out, a 10 percent grace is included; after it your live agent pauses while your home screen keeps answering and visitors see your offline line.
Nothing is charged unless you switched it on.

Every subscription keeps the price-list version it was bought under; a new version reaches monthly plans at their first renewal after 30 days' notice and annual plans at the end of their year. We keep improving the models behind each answer-quality stop; your plan and your price stay the same.
