    The home starts with the big question, next to today's hours, the barbers who are in and what each one does.

  2. Ask in their own words

    Can my son and I both get haircuts on Tuesday after five? He's seven, and he gets nervous.

  3. It knows the shop

    It finds the father-and-son cut, knows the barber for nervous kids isn't in on Tuesdays, and fills in the booking with a note for the barber.

  4. An honest request

    They add their name and phone, check the details and confirm. The shop calls to confirm the time, and nothing is locked in until it does.
