Restaurant? Agentic Waiter.

AI waiter for restaurants

An AI waiter on a restaurant's own site: guests scan the QR card on their table, ask in their own words, allergies and all, and order. You get the order with every note. Brandoria is an example restaurant we built on BranderUX.

How it works

  1. Scan the card on the table

Table 12 has questions and no waiter is free. The guests scan the card, and the waiter answers on their own phone.

  2. Start from a mood

Sharing for the table opens a screen made for sharing, from the live menu, with a plus on every dish.

  3. Ask in their own words

One of us is coeliac and one hates onions. It answers with dishes that are gluten-free and onion-free, tagged on each one, and a reminder to tell the waiter about the allergy too.

  4. The ticket writes itself

Three dishes in, the ticket is ready: table twelve, two guests, and the note: coeliac, strictly gluten-free, no onion. They check it and confirm.

  5. A waiter confirms at the table

The order is in, and the guests know a waiter is coming over to confirm it.

What you get

  • The order in your Inbox, and an email with the assistant's summary: the table, the dishes and every note.

  • The full record, with the conversation behind it.

Your website talks with your clients, by your rules.

Questions

Where do the allergens come from?

From the menu data: every dish shows its tags and allergens, and the agent answers from that data. You decide what your menu says.

Do guests need an app?

No. They scan the QR card on the table and the waiter opens in their phone's browser.

Can guests pay in the chat?

Not in Brandoria. An order is a request to the kitchen, a waiter confirms it at the table, and guests pay the way they do today.

Do I need a developer?

No. Describe your business in your own words, add what you already have, like a price list, photos or a spreadsheet, and our Builder builds the whole application. It is free to build and free to publish.
