Test & Publish
Prove it works, put it live at your own address, and know exactly what protects you
Two seats
The Playground is the customer's seat: the full visual experience, screens and all, answered by the real hosted agent from your real connected data. Ask it the questions your hardest customer would ask, if the data doesn't support an answer, you'll see it say so rather than improvise. The Agent tab is the owner's seat: a map of everything the agent knows, uses and is served on, with the details one click away. Nothing is saved from either seat; real actions run only on the published site.
Publishing is a pointer, not a deployment
One click on Publish and your app is live at its own web address (custom domains are coming). There is no build step and nothing to redeploy, the address simply points at your project, so every change you make afterward (new products, a reworked screen, an updated persona) is live at the customer's next question.
- Rename anytime, the address moves with you, atomically.
- Unpublish anytime, the address stops resolving immediately; your project and its data are untouched, and republishing restores the same setup.
- Use it as your site, or link it from your existing one, “Ask us anything” pointing at your app is the simplest integration there is.
When a human should take over
Give your agent an escalation path, a WhatsApp number or an email, and it will offer that contact whenever a customer asks for a person, gets frustrated, or asks something it genuinely can't help with. The agent presents the contact as your business's, never as its own, and a customer is never trapped in an AI-only loop.
Usage, limits, and what they protect
Every account includes a monthly AI usage allowance, and your account menu shows how much of it you've used as a simple percentage. If you reach the limit, AI features pause until the 1st of the month, everything you built stays saved and your published page stays up. Need more headroom? Contact us and we'll raise it.
